Quality Management Policy ISO 9001:2015
The final and essential criteria of the quality of ECORECOVERY's Products and Services are its Customers. The Company's policy aims to specify how it will continuously meet the requirements of the Market, which are related to the quality of its products and services, while meeting its commitment to its staff, its Suppliers and to society as a whole.
ECORECOVERY SA is committed to provide reliable products and services and utterly fulfill the contractual requirements of its Customers, through an organizational environment, which aims to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of its Quality Management System (QMS). The Company treats all its Customers through the same standards, taking into account that all of them have high quality requirements, which must be satisfied.
Within the framework of the Quality Policy, the Management of the Company sets specific main quality objectives, which are reviewed at regular intervals and which aim at the following:
- Improvement of the quality of products and services offered.
- Improving the speed of Customer service.
- Minimization of production problems.
- Reduction of Customer complaints and improving their satisfaction.
- Confirmation that the Company's Processes are operating effectively.
In particular, the policy of ECORECOVERY SA is:
- To offer Products and Services that fully comply with the requirements set for them and the specified delivery times, as defined in its offers to its Customers, while offering a good financial result to the Company itself.
- To comply always with the current Legislation and particularly with what is determined by the Tax regime in force in Greece and in the European Union in general.
- To comply always with the current Legislation which refers to and identifies the Quality and Safety of products and other services provided.
- To improve continuously its quality-related operations, so that its products and services are considered as High Quality in the Greek and International Market.
- To have close cooperation with its Customers and Suppliers, aiming at the continuous improvement of its products and services.
- To help the continuous development of its employees, so that they can perform their duties safely, qualitatively, correctly and efficiently. Also, to encourage employees to participate actively and creatively in the goal of continuous quality improvement.
- To minimize the possibility of non-compliance by identifying any threats and taking preventive actions, as well as to seize the opportunities, with the aim of continuous improvement its Services.
For the implementation of the Quality Policy, the Company works with the following principles:
- Every employee is responsible for the quality of his work.
- All employees are fully informed about the Quality Management System and the Company and take care of its implementation, under the supervision and guidance of the Factory Manager and the QMS Manager.
- Employees have at their service the Quality Policy, which is kept informed as documented information, is communicated and become understandable to them.
- The Company provides all the required resources (equipment, material, training, etc.) to achieve the objectives of the QMS.
- The Company has set goals which are recorded and analyzed on the basis of continuous improvement.
- All actions, which may affect the quality and security of information, are planned and implemented in accordance with the institutionalized Procedures, which have been developed based on the, by Process, approach of the QMS.
- All control elements are analyzed and used in the context of a continuous effort to improve the QMS.
- The Company has appointed a QMS Manager, who reports to the Factory Manager and has the jurisdiction and organizational independence to ensure that the QMS of the Company operates and is observed in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 Standard.
To control these Procedures, ECORECOVERY employs the following methods:
- Clear definition of responsibilities for each Procedure or part of it.
- Written documentation of how all tasks performed (manuals, detailed Procedures, instructions, etc.).
- Quality Control of the Deliverables of the Agreements during their Design, Implementation and Delivery to the Customer.
- Keeping written data proving the compliance of the functions of the QMS with the international standards.
- Inspection of the implementation of the above through Internal Inspection and quality performance monitoring.
- The process of the Company learning from its mistakes, to systematically ensure that they are not repeated (with corrective actions) and to continuously improve its operations by setting, monitoring and achieving specific improvement goals.
